Welcome to your New Year’s challenge! Practyce has collaborated with our sister site, Everyday Yoga, to bring you 21 days of Vinyasa, Bhakti, Yoga Fusion, Restorative and Meditation classes. Join us to ring in 2022, grinning from ear to ear as you practice yoga and celebrate feeling calm, cool, and collected with your yoga community.
Why 21 days, you ask?
We designed this challenge to hit the sweet spot of being achievable, and well, incredibly enjoyable. Each class is 15 or 30 minutes long to neatly fit into your schedule, regardless of how busy you may feel.
Our talented teachers poured immense amounts of creativity and thought into each class to guide you through breathwork, expansive shapes, and enlightening flows. The challenge is holistic, from full-body flows to uplifting meditations, and invites you to make your yoga a little more consistent with a daily practice. All levels are welcome.
If 15 and 30 minutes isn’t enough for your daily yoga appetite, we still have your back. You can follow your favorite yoga teachers on Practyce and take longer classes to your heart’s desire. If you haven’t heard, we now have mobile apps (yay!), so you can take your Practyce anytime, anywhere.
Download the Practyce App for Android here and iOS here.
Stay tuned for more goodies from Practyce, as we’ve been working together with Everyday Yoga to create members-only perks. For now, we’re keeping this one under wraps, but promise it won’t be long before they become available. We hope you will enjoy our free 21-days of Awakening Challenge hosted on EverydayYoga.com with your friends and family, and let’s do this!
