Yoga is a practice packed with benefits for the body and mind, and it holds the key to aging well, with benefits that include reducing heart rate and blood pressure, relieving anxiety, and easing back pain. Our annual New Year Yoga Challenge will start on day one of 2023. This yoga challenge is for people who are new to yoga, have little experience with yoga, or are seasoned yogis. You can do it as a challenge and commit to practicing daily with us every day for 21 days. Each day, there is a new video from Practyce ranging between 30 minutes to 60 minutes long.
