Stay Energized Into the New Year
Consistency is key in any practice or pursuit, and finding a buddy or accountability partner can be a great way to stay motivated and on track. Set aside a dedicated time and space for your practice, as this can make it easier to stick to the remaining of Everyday Yoga and Practyce’s 21-day yoga challenge.
It’s also important to remember that yoga is a practice, and progress may only sometimes be linear. It’s okay to have good and bad days and take breaks as needed. The most important thing is to keep coming back to your practice and finding ways to make it work for you.
In addition to consistency, it’s also important to be mindful of your physical limits and to listen to your body. Taking it slow and steady rather than pushing yourself too hard and risking injury is better. Make sure to be mindful of any areas of tension or discomfort as you move through your poses. It’s always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional if you have any concerns or questions about your practice. The key is finding a balance and approaching your practice with patience, dedication, and self-compassion. You can progress in your practice and achieve your goals by staying consistent and mindful. Happy practicing!
The checklist below is to give you the class line up for week 2. Remember to be patient with yourself and have fun with it.
